Authenticity guarantee

Every fragrance sold by Scent Society Boutique is 100% authentic. If you believe you received an item that is not genuine, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Returns & exchanges

For hygiene and authenticity reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned. Unopened items in original packaging may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery, subject to inspection.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We will make it right with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
